As part of EMPA, Ann ensures that every application is processed accurately and efficiently, helping practitioners get the coverage they need without unnecessary delays. She also provides direct support to members, answering questions about policies, coverage details, and how EMPA can best protect their practice. Her role is all about making the insurance process smooth, clear, and hassle-free, so members can focus on their work with confidence.

She believes in the power of alternative health and is passionate about ensuring practitioners have the resources and protection they need to thrive. Ann is a proud Texan with deep roots in the Lone Star State. She is a dedicated mother to two grown children and has always been passionate about helping others—whether through education, wellness, or advocacy. Her love for animals extends beyond her own home, as she actively fosters pets through the Animal Defense League of Texas, providing care and a safe haven for animals in need. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors, hiking scenic trails, and continuously learning about non-toxic living and holistic wellness practices.

Ann earned her Bachelor of Science in Education from Texas State University and spent seven years shaping young minds as an elementary school teacher. Her passion for health and wellness later led her to become a personal trainer, where she helped clients achieve their fitness goals and build confidence in their well-being. After stepping away from full-time work to focus on raising her family, she brought her diverse experience in education, wellness, and personal development into her role at EMPA. Her background allows her to approach her work with a strong foundation in communication, organization, and a deep desire to support and empower others.
