Lisa’s role at EMPA centers on strategic planning, marketing, communication, and design. She works to ensure that EMPA’s message is clear, engaging, and supportive for its members. From crafting educational resources to designing impactful visuals, Lisa focuses on helping energy practitioners and holistic healers grow their practices, stay protected, and thrive in their work.

Lisa is passionate about EMPA because it’s more than just an insurance provider—it’s a community dedicated to elevating and empowering the healing arts. She is inspired every day by the incredible work EMPA members do and finds joy in creating resources and solutions that allow practitioners to feel confident and protected. Supporting others in their journey and helping them focus on changing lives is what drives Lisa’s commitment to EMPA.

Originally from Colorado, Lisa met her husband, Chris, in high school, and their journey together has been filled with shared milestones and meaningful connections. With a background in fine arts from college, Lisa’s creative passion extends into all areas of her life. She took her first Healing Touch class in 1994, an experience that deeply influenced her belief in the power of energy work and its role in holistic health.

Lisa now resides in San Antonio, TX with her family and a growing colony of recused cats.

In her free time, Lisa loves tending to her backyard vegetable garden, growing microgreens with her sons, experimenting with vegan cooking, and capturing beautiful moments through event photography. These hobbies not only reflect her creativity and connection to nature but also provide her with balance and joy. She cherishes spending time with her family, including her husband and their three exceptional kids, and is grateful for the simple moments that bring fulfillment to her life.
